By scheduling you agree to these conditions:
1. If you are not able to have the appointment you must cancel your appointment by going to your e-mail and following the instructions there or calling 24 hours before your appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment before 24 hours prior or if the tech shows up on-site you will be liable to pay the diagnosis fee.
2. LV Mobile Geeks and our technicians will not be held liable for missing or corrupted files. You are responsible for creating a backup or ordering backup service BEFORE technician begins work on devices.
3. Technicians and LV Mobile Geeks will not be held liable for pre-existing problems, errors, damage to property, or issues arrising by no fault of the technician.
4. Payment is due apon completion unless specific components must be purchased. In this case component payment will be due before service and service charge will be due apon completion.
5. If payment is not remitted at time of completion you agree that the property worked on (physical or virtual) will be held as collateral until payment is remitted. If the payment is not remitted before 12 months (one year) after the service, the property becomes that of LV Mobile Geeks to sell or otherwise recover lost funds.
